About Our Renovation and Reopening
Roost is undergoing a comprehensive renovation that will temporarily close our doors until mid-2025. This extensive refresh will bring guests an elevated, but approachable dining experience that more closely aligns the true culinary passion of Roost today. For those who have embraced Roost's seasonal flavors and local ingredients under Executive Chef Zac Leepper's creative direction, this transformation will build on the dining experience guests already know and love.
For convenience, Roost will offer room service and market access for Hyatt hotel guests throughout the renovation period. The restaurant will resume operations mid-2025, welcoming guests back to experience a new, elevated atmosphere, and exceptional service with a smile, all while enjoying the culinary delights guests have come to expect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
